Our Puppies 🐶

When the weaning process starts, the puppies are moved to a large playpen in our living room. There they can hear and see everything around them. This includes loud televisions, stereo music, vacuums, doorbells, telephones ringing, doors opening and closing, thunder and rain sounds, kitchen pots and pans clanging, etc. When our poodle puppies are ready for their new homes at approximately 8 weeks of age, they have been exposed to most household situations and noises that they will have with their new families.

Our puppies are born and raised in our home with lots of love and experience. We have been breeding dogs for 10 years. Training begins at weaning, and puppies are exposed to a multitude of situations.

We feel that this philosophy gives them time to socialize and get through the first fear stages with their brothers and sisters. It also makes it easier for them to housebreak when they come to you!

Puppies go to their new home with up-to-date vaccines, microchips (if desired), health guarantees, and a fresh bath and groom. We no longer remove dewclaws, many of our puppies go as Agility and Service dog prospects, and dewclaws help with balance. We require a $500 deposit to hold your spot, we do not accept deposits before birth unless you are not concerned about color or sex.

We start the weaning process when puppies are about 5 weeks old, and gradually introduce the puppy food.
At the time of 8 weeks old, they are used to puppy food.
Puppies are being fed 3 times a day, 8am, 1pm and 6pm with 1/5 - 1/4 cup of dry dog food. depending on the age, the food might need to be soften with warm water.
We are not a puppy store. We raise our puppies in our home.
We are by appointment only.
We do not allow visitors into our whelping area under any circumstances.
We provide a guest room specifically for our patrons to meet the baby. This keeps germs of our pack separate or to a minimum from the puppies as well! Parents typically are available to see; some moms become instinctively distressed or aggressive if their pups being handled by strangers
Once a pup is 7+ weeks we may have an appointment available for visiting.
